Tips: The directions for any loaf of bread machine bread is really very nondescript. I did things in this order. Water first, then oil and honey; oats next with flour on top, salt sprinkled over that and yeast poured in the middle of the flour. The bread came out wonderfully! If you buy yeast packets, one packet is supposed to equal 2 1/4 teaspoons. I made this bread to go with dinner, which was very good, but it would be excellent as a breakfast bread - toasted with jam!
