Tips: This is a yummy coffee cake if you have holiday guests or for a morning potluck. For high altitudes, heat oven to 425 degrees and add 4 T. flour to the baking mix. Use 3/4 c. milk and bake for 25 minutes. My wrist would get so tired having to "cut in" butter so I got a pastry blender from Pampered Chef. I know they can be a bit pricey but it will save my arms and pay for itself over time. I also shared this recipe at Life as MOM's Ultimate Recipe Swap.
