Easy Peach Crisp

Serves: 4-6

2 cans (15.25 oz each) sliced peaches, drained
2 pkgs (1.6 oz each) cinnamon & spice instant oatmeal, uncooked
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. butter, melted

Pour peaches into a lightly buttered 2-qt. baking dish. Combine oatmeal, flour & nuts in a bowl; stir in butter. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown at 425 degrees. Serve over ice cream, if desired.

Tips: This dessert is simple to make and not overly sweet. It could probably be used as a breakfast dish as well.
