Patties with Mushroom Gravy

Serves: 4

1 lb. ground beef
1 T. dried minced onion
1/8 t. pepper
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
Mashed potatoes

Mix ground beef, onion and pepper together and form into 4 patties. Brown patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine soup and milk and mix well. Drain fat with a spoon as to not ruin the patties. Pour soup mixture over patties and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to suit taste. Serve over hot mashed potatoes.
